A Quiet Introduction
My life has moved through many forms.
Through beauty—
through creating—
through walking long distances
with nothing but what I could carry.
There were years shaped by the outer world…
and years that asked me to turn inward.
I have followed quiet callings—
across mountains,
across countries,
and into places within myself
I did not yet understand.
I have spent much of my life creating—
with my hands,
with color,
with presence.
There were years of working in beauty,
of shaping and refining what is seen…
and years of listening more closely
to what is felt.
I have walked long distances—
across the Appalachian mountains,
and across Spain—
not to arrive somewhere,
but because something in me
was asking to keep going.
Over time, my work has taken many forms—
creating,
listening,
holding space,
working with energy,
and with what moves beneath the surface.
None of these stand alone.
They have all led here.
And through it all,
the Rose has remained.
Not as something I chose—
but as something that continued to meet me.
Now, I simply sit with her.
And create from that place.
